I was born and raised in Hamilton County Indiana. I still reside there now with my wife Carissa and 2 boys Brantley and Ty. Also, can’t forget about my 2 dogs Scout and Mac. Brantley is just now finding his love for the outdoors and as a father it is one of the best feelings. Ty was just born in 2023 but I am sure he won’t be far behind! My love and passion for the outdoors started at a young age as well. I grew up in a subdivision, but it wasn’t uncommon to find me wandering off in the woods somewhere as a kid trying to get lost. My grandpa farmed out in Henry County Indiana and my favorite memories were created on that piece of land. It was a place that started a passion that I would honor and never let go. If I wasn’t at home, you could find me out there.

I owe being introduced to the outdoors to my dad. He thankfully exposed me to hunting and fishing at a young age and I doubt he knew at the time what a fire it was going to create in me and how much I would fall in love with it. Although, I am beginning to think now, that was his plan all along. I can vividly remember the memories that were created on the farm when I was a kid. Hunting black ducks on the creek, harvesting my first deer, knocking down my first turkey and hunting mushrooms with the family. I could easily write a book about it which made me realize how much a piece of land can mean to someone and it made me appreciate what the Lord has created that much more.

After high school I enlisted in the military and during the end of my first deployment in 2017 I couldn’t help but notice I was missing a giant part of who I was. I was missing the crisp November mornings in the stand, the flooded cornfield with ducks doing it just right at sunrise, and the early spring mornings listening for that gobbler on the roost. I decided to move back home, and I started my career in Construction and eventually was introduced to Base Camp Country Real Estate. My mission is to serve as many people as I can in the community. I hope to use the love and passion I have for land and the outdoors to help people’s dreams come true so they can create their own memories that last a lifetime.
