Zach grew up in Southeastern Wisconsin on a farm on the outskirts of Eden, Wisconsin. He graduated from UW-Stevens Point in 2011 where I obtained a bachelor's degree in biology and water resources. He used his degree to become a Senior Aquatic Biologist for a Wisconsin based pond and lake management firm where he worked for nearly two decades managing over 1,500 lakes and ponds. Though his career as an aquatic biologist was very successful, Zach's passion for hunting and land improvement was always the top of his priority list.

Zach took his deep passion for hunting one step further and focused on understanding and implementing the processes involved in managing a deer herd. Part of this is owning and operating his professional land management company CreekBottom Land Management based out of East Central Wisconsin. Zach has fine-tuned the process to holding bigger and healthier deer and turkeys and has helped many land owners get the most out of their land. Unlike many land managers, Zach is able to take a wide range of wildlife biology and management into both picking out the right property for those in search for recreational land, and also telling the story of a client's property to get the most out of a property sale. Based off research, experience, and teachings Zach will help not only help you to buy and/or sell your land but also help to improve your land to the quality that you always dreamed of having.

When not working on a real estate deal or land management improvement project, Zach enjoys spending time with his two kids (Wyatt and Summer), his beautiful wife (Hailey), and Golden Retriever (Ruger). Zach is an avid hunter, fisherman, and trapper. You better believe that if a hobby involves the outdoors and whitetail deer, Zach is on top of it!
