LEARN MORE ABOUT STEVE
Growing up in Allentown, PA I spent most of my childhood free time in the little bit of woods near my home. It was here I developed my interest in the forest and in the wildlife that lived there. I couldn’t wait until I was old enough to go hunting. Hunting wild game became a passion. Most of my best memories were made in pursuit of the game, alone and with my Dad and brothers.
I did a lot of hunting and fishing back then and dreamed of hunting in exotic places. Based on my love of the outdoors, I studied wildlife management, forestry and agriculture in college and developed a hunting and outdoor lifestyle. I have hunted all over North America with backpack, bow or rifle in hand and had many adventures.
I worked in pipeline construction and building and obtained a degree from Penn State in Agriculture, specializing in Wildlife and Forestry in 1980. I started selling real estate in the early 90s and worked for a large private landowner, improving, subdividing and selling recreational and timberland in the Adirondacks.
In 1993, I obtained a Master of Forest Resources degree at Penn State and started a consulting forestry service. I mostly worked with timberland investors, buying and selling land.
These days, I mostly work with small landowners, helping them sell properties and helping buyers find hunting and homesteading land, guiding clients through the process and making sure everyone is happy with their transaction.
I look forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs!
