Dean was born and raised in the farming communities of West Central Ohio. He attended Hocking College and Adrian College where he studied in forestry, wildlife management, and environmental science. Dean now resides in Wayne County Indiana with his wife Britney and their daughter Ashton.
His time away from work is spread across many different activities that he’s very passionate about; habitat management, taking his bird dog Danni out for a run, and of course, chasing the elusive mature whitetail. When not working on the land Dean loves getting on the big pond of Lake Michigan and fishing for salmon and trout, and wetting a fly line on a quiet river.
